i hope you all find a therapist

that doesn’t recommend trying new gratitude mantras

as a tool to deal with hives and rashes

Like I understand that mantras are focused on calming down your amygdala so you stop the flight response but I’m not having a flight response
I’m sitting in bed with hives
because my body has high histamine levels
that it doesn’t do a good job at removing

Spent two years doing mantras getting worse sigh.
