Had 2 appointments this morning before 10:15, helped grams put away groceries around noon but was so exhausted i passed out before I could finish

Woke up just now about five hours later
I can hear my sleep specialist telling me not to nap in the daytime

I mean I guess that works for people if you don’t get physically exhausted?

Trying to not give myself hard time about it. I invite sleep not fight it when it comes.
