I’ve been drinking oat milk for a few years now.

Moms been getting almond milk.
I’ve had almond milk but I guess forgot about it
I didn’t know this but almond milk has been around since middle ages.
Oatmilk has been around since the 90s.

Oatmilk is like 3-4x the calories of almond milk.
Oatmilk has more fiber, protein, and fat.

Many commercial almond milks are fortified with the same vitamins in regular milk. I need more calcium.

With all the steroids every month I have been having an issue with gaining unwanted weight – my knee pain is just ridiculous – and I need to manage my sugar as a preemptive diabetes issue.

I guess I am switching to almond milk?

Still using oat milk creamer tho.
