Social Battery

When I don’t do anything, I don’t expend enough energy to sleep at night. I’m up with my thoughts until 3-4 am and back up between 6-9 am. Even when I work out.

When I do something, I get exhausted within an hour / immediately and pass out at other people’s houses.

The social battery seems key here but not sure how to fix.

Where is the balance.
