Electrophysiology said staying hydrated, compression socks, and reduce stress might help with my low blood pressure issues.

Gonna try harder to always be sipping water.
I’m better than I was a while ago, but please note:

YOU DO NOT GET THE SAME AMOUNT OF HYDRATION FROM CHUGGING/GULPING WATER THAT YOU DO FROM SIPPING IT.

sipping water is best. You can chug a giant cup of water, and ya you will have consumed it, but it is more likely to go right through you (and bring any undigested nutrients hanging around with it).

When you sip, you allow your body to absorb it. Info from my last pelvic physical therapist. It applies to everyone!

Momma gave me some compression socks yesterday, so gonna start wearing them. Thank you 🖤💜💚

For stress reduction I really don’t know what else I can do – Working on getting outside more now that it’s getting nicer.

Trying to read more books and scroll less.

Avoid people and news that makes me upset, until my body/blood pressure is better equipped – my heart stuff being weird can make me think I’m experiencing big feelings, but it’s just that heart stuff sort of mimics a lot of physiological emotional effects.

Bipolar people really do have bigger physiological reactions with their emotions so I’m trying to stay level as best I can – Kind of the problem with the diagnosis though 🤣😭 if I can get my heart to not beat out of my chest all the time, I am hoping I will be able to stay calmer. Been on only 1 blood pressure med so far this week and that has helped a lot. Kind of mad my last cardiologist had me on two meds to increase my blood pressure. Was making me feel insane (more than I am).

My cortisol is both high and low. Stress management is something I need to focus on.

everything is connected. still trying.
