I think taking L-glutamine supplement actually helped heal my intestines (which was the point of me taking it). I could go into detail but it’s talking about shit so not gonna.

I’ve been taking 1-2 servings a day of a 5 gram L-Glutamine amino acid powder since April.

Could also be the xolair stopping internal inflammation, I started that in April (early May?) too.
